The skit begins with Roc and his friends playing hockey outside, a super-hero art permit arrives in the mail which indicates that their super-hero permit had been approved. Roc and the Small Teamers become delighted, he accepts the permit and recieves it.

That same night, Roc is inside his room reading the permit, Zeke comes and ask's him how he started the program, Roc reveals that he'd been facing the challenges of getting childhood fun back, instead of that he was trained by his brother training to have fun which resulted into him becoming the Childhood Warrior now re-named The Childhood Service Person.

Roc then signs the permit and drives back to the YMCA to inform Deianna, Ted and Philonous that they've owned the title Roc's Small Team.

Roc and the Small Team raise bus money and go to the circus and perform their super-hero duties renacting life at the Philadelphia Pennsylvania Circus tent.
